DEFINITION OF SEPARATION OR DIVORCE

         

    DEFINITION OF SEPARATION:-   After marriage, there can be a rift between husband and wife. They may not be happy with their married life. They do not have the capacity to tolerate each other.     They stress each other. Even they are not able to understand other members of the family. If there is no success even after mediation, then the marriage can become a situation of breakdown. Divorce is a decision of separation through mutual agreement or legal process. In astrological practices Rahu, Shani, and Sun are separatists, and Rahu and Shani are very strong. The lord of the twelfth house is situated in the sixth house and the sixth house is known for litigation and enemies. Therefore the sixth lord is also an enemy planet and takes the person to Litigation. So whenever Rahu, twelfth lord Shani, sixth lord, and Sun are afflicting married life, there are chances of separation or divorce.

                                                    HOROSCOPE OF LADY    

1. If the 6th lord is placed in the 4th house and the 4th lord is placed in the 6th house, the divorce is bound to happen between a couple.

2. If the 6th lord & 4th lord are placed together in the 4th or 6th house or aspects of each other afflicting the 4th house are likely to end in Divorce through court.

3. If the 4th lord is placed in the dust then the 6th,8th, or 12th houses may also lead to separation or divorce.

In this horoscope, the 6th lord Sun is situated in the 4th house in conjunction with the 4th lord Mercury is placed together. 12th lord Saturn aspects in 7th house. They are living separately for the last 7 years and divorce has been granted through court.

                                       

In both cases 7th house is the vision by Saturn, a separate planet 7th of a wife is the vision by Rahu, the separatist planet and the 8th house of the husband is badly afflicted by Rahu -Ketu axis and debilitated Sun.

                                     

     The second case of the birth chart of a young lady, Who is working as a lecturer in Govt. Collage. Saturn is a vision on the 7th lord Jupiter and Ascendant lord Mercury is situated in the 8th ( Duststhan ) .7th lord Jupiter is the vision by Mars, the malefic planet, being the owner of the 6th & 11th house. Jupiter is also being visioned by the Rahu, the separatist planet.    In addition, the 9th lord the Bhayapati, Saturn is debilitated & aspects Ascendant (Lagna), and Jupiter is the 7th  lord. In her case, the Lagna, 5th & 7th lord, and 8th and 9th are afflicted. The unfortunate lady married twice, but both the exercises ended in failure divorce.

       If Virgo is rising in Ascendant, the 12th lord Sun is situated in the 7th without any benefic influence, which may result in Divorce.

         If the 7th lord is in 12th, joined by the 12th lord in that, or 12 lords in 7th and joined by the 7th lord may result in divorce.
